Anaerobic Filter System
This process utilizes anaerobic type of bacteria which does not require oxygen to survive for biodegrading organic substances in wastewater. Water flow is forced upward through a chamber packed with plastic biomedia which with provides surface areas for anaerobic bacteria attachment and also functions as suspended solid filter to reduce solids from overflowing to next chambers. From 0.6 Cu.m – 1200 Cu.m
Contact Aeration Biofilter
With supply of oxygen from air pump/blower, this chamber provides suitable environment for aerobic type of bacteria to biodegrade waste. Aerobic bacteria is highly efficient in reducing BOD level of wastewater down to 20 mg/l which cannot be achieved only by anaerobic
filter. Non-clog type coarse bubble air diffuser with one-way air flow mechanism is used for distributing oxygen efficiently into water.
Plastics bio-media is filled into this process to enhance surface area where aerobic type bacteria can attached in high density to increase treatment process performance. From 0.6 Cu.m upto 1200 Cu.m or more
